The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

As a Business Performance Lead, you will be a key contributor to help grow and make the business successful. You will partner with the APAC Strategy and Operations (S&O) team in driving the business forward through deep Go-To-Market (GTM) insights and analytics, strategic cross-functional projects, and supporting business rhythm. You will help drive key business rhythm activities, including strategic business reviews, taking a leading role in generating actionable insights and recommendations to improve the long-term performance of the business.
Qualifications
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Influence executive-level decision making through deep, scalable, and actionable analytical insights into core business decisions such as prioritization of growth opportunities.
- Structure and communicate complex, ambiguous, and challenging business issues to advise the APAC Strategy and Operations (S&O) team.
- Build reports, dashboards, models, and tools to analyze, report, and present operations related data that is associated with product growth, bookings forecasting, and account performance.
- Establish a sound business cadence that promotes cross-functional alignment and collaboration, and delivers operational excellence in support of priorities and long-term business growth.
- Manage, train, and guide our outsourced Center of Excellence (CoE) team to help our subregional and functional Strategy and Operations team.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA or Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Data Analytics, or other relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience working in enterprise technology, management consulting, strategy, operations, technology, or a similar field.
- Experience with data modeling and managing data sets.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with SQL and other database, scripting, or business intelligence tools.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, products, and market landscape.
- Ability to operate successfully in an efficient, fast-paced organization, and create a strategy and organization that can scale quickly.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to construct simple and impactful messages from complex analysis.
- Excellent analytical skills, combined with business judgment and ability to influence business leadership.
