- Evaluate and integrate suitable technologies that enhance business efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Focus on scalable solutions for property management, sales, and customer interactions.
- Propose and implement innovative solutions to improve business processes through technology.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in real estate technology and enterprise architecture.
- Collaborate with various department heads to understand their technology needs and challenges.
- Act as a liaison between the IT department and business units to ensure that IT strategies effectively support business operations.
- Support the establishment of IT governance and compliance protocols to ensure data security and adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
- Participate in managing projects related to the deployment of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Information Technology / Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in enterprise architecture, preferably in the real estate / property industries
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical skills and attention to details
