Job Description
• Work closely with the team to support the Management in all administrative matters
• Handles customer enquiries (walk-ins, phone calls and emails)
• Fee collection
• Maintaining school cleanliness
• Prepare learning materials for students
• Procurement of supplies and coordination of bi-monthly servicing
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirement
• Able to communicate in English & Mandarin
• Able to commit shift hours & work on weekends
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking, detail oriented and meticulous
• Problem solver, independent & able to work with little supervision
• No relevant experience required
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office and equivalence
Working hours
- Sunday to Thursday or Monday to Saturday
- Weekday, 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm
- Weekend, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
