This is a contract position attached to a Community Club. Location: Bishan
Duration: 1 year
Job Scope
– Provide administrative support
– Coordinate and facilitate the execution of health and wellness programs with various grassroots organisations and external partners
– Assist manager with recruitment for new sign-ups for Gym program
– Assist manager with planning of community engagement events to engage the residents
– Oversee the operations and facilities
– Provide customer service support
– Establish and maintain relationships with volunteers and partnering organisations
– Plan marketing strategies to promote CC courses
– General maintenance of gym facilities
– Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
-Diploma
Working Hours
Monday to Sunday: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend, either Saturday or Sunday (5 day work week)
AM shift: 9am to 6pm
PM shift: 1pm to 10pm
