We are looking for a full time Guest Service Officer to join our Hotel.
Job Description
- Performing Check-in or Check-out for hotel guests.
- Register guests collecting necessary information (e.g. contact details and exact dates of their stay).
- Handling of cash transactions.
- Performing credit card transactions.
- Performs any other job tasks assigned by Supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of basic computer skills.
- Customer service attitude.
- Requires to perform shift work, including weekend and public holiday.
- Team player
