A Japanese Food manufacturing company based in Singapore is currently looking to hire a suitable candidate to join them in the below position.
Admin Seniot Executive (Part time job, Monday to Friday, 1pm - 6pm)
[Responsibilities]
- Communication support between store staff and expatriates (Proficiency in Chinese and Japanese required)
- Coordination with suppliers (Proficiency in English required)
- Communication support with facilities (Proficiency in English required)
- Creation of promotional materials such as price cards
- Communication support at island-wide stores (4 branches in Singapore)
- Other ad-hoc tasks
[Requirement]
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese (necessary for internal communication)
- Advanced daily conversation level proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (necessary for internal communication)
- Business-level proficiency in English (necessary for internal and external communication)
- Proactive in catching up with new tasks
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Others
- Salary: SGD 20-25/hour (depending on the experience)
- Working hours: Mon-Fri, 1pm - 6pm
