Your new role
- Maintain and enhance our Puppeteer Node.js application, ensuring its reliability and scalability.
- Develop and maintain MySQL databases, including schema design, indexing, and query optimization.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize backend performance to handle large volumes of traffic and data efficiently.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to promptly identify and fix backend issues.
- Stay updated with backend development trends and technologies, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Communicate effectively with customers when necessary to resolve issues or provide updates.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Proven experience as a Backend Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing backend projects.
- Proficiency in Node.js and experience with Puppeteer.
- Solid understanding of relational databases, particularly MySQL.
