Work you’ll do
You will be part of our structured Deloitte Consulting SEA Analyst Program and be given a personal coach, the opportunity to undergo a 1-month intensive bootcamp training aimed at equipping you with the skillsets necessary to excel, and opportunities to gain regional exposure by travelling across SEA as part of project assignments, and other professional development opportunities.
This program will allow you to develop core consulting skills and business acumen whilst gaining access to a wide scope of training and development activities. In addition, you will have an opportunity to work with like-minded people and gain exposure to a variety of projects within the chosen business area. You will be at the center of it all, performing research, data analysis and modelling to tackle complex business problems. In addition, you will contribute directly to the development of proposals, presentations, and publications.
In the Organization Transformation offering, we aim to enable an organization to operate differently in support of their business strategy. Organization Transformation can occur at the enterprise, business unit or functional level, and leverages behavioral analytics, actuarial capabilities, and research insights to drive the change. We combine deep transformation experience with practical business acumen, design-thinking and agile methods, empowered by innovative tools, resources, and analytics, to make a real impact.
As an Analyst, you will do:
- Gather and analyze information, formulate, and test hypotheses
- Involve in discussions and work closely with Project Manager in developing recommendations for presentation to client management
- Implement recommendations with project and client team members
- Provide support to clients to deliver organizational and change initiatives
- Support and/or facilitate client workshops
- Assisting in financial administration of engagements such as budgets, billing, and collections

Requirements:
- In your final year of study or recent graduate between 0-2 years of work experience
- Strong academic in Human Resource Management, Business/Economics, Engineering or related discipilines
- Strong logic, analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyses complex issues, develop hypotheses, and recommend solutions
- Demonstrates good knowledge of change management methodologies will be an advantage
- Experience in a management consulting firm or HR consulting organization is preferred. Candidates with experience in HR function processes, change management, organization design, talent management or leadership development will be an advantage.
