Job description:
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, metrics, and assessments, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Act as a liaison between employees and external training providers, vendors, and educational institutions.
- Liaise with government institutes of learning such as ITE and Polytechnics on industry-wide learning initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to training activities, attendance, and certifications.
