Programme Management
- Plan, execute, and evaluate arts programmes and initiatives for our beneficiaries, in line with the strategic goals of the organization
- Conceptualise and manage the exhibition planning and performance showcase leading up to Dreamseeds Arts Fest, a biennial arts festival by Club Rainbow to champion the creative pursuits and aspirations of our beneficiaries and showcase their artistic talents
Strategy Development
- Cultivate relationships with the local arts and creative community, corporate and institutional partners, and volunteers/voluntary groups for delivery of expertise and domain knowledge in our arts programmes for beneficiaries
- Collaborate closely with other departments and engage other key stakeholders to co-develop strategies and action plans for Creative Care Plan, an evidence-based project to enhance the overall mental health and well-being of our beneficiaries through the arts
- Co-develop and implement strategies to support the progress of our beneficiaries through the arts programmes
Community Engagement
- Assist in working closely with Enterprise and Community Engagement department to identify opportunities for our beneficiaries for artistic development through Club Rainbow merchandise and commissioned artworks, as well as performances
Budgeting and Financial Management
- Manage budgets for arts programmes and initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with organizational goals
- Perform any specific projects and duties assigned by supervisor and Executive Director as needed.
