Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Guide and motivate a talented team of Application Engineers and Technicians as they tackle challenges in server and rack production testing.
- Issue Resolution: Conduct comprehensive tests and analyses to diagnose product failures, working closely with customers, headquarters, and factory teams to implement effective solutions.
- Root Cause Analysis: Pinpoint the exact causes of failures, isolating components or failure modes for precise correction.
- Kaizen Participation: Be an active contributor to continuous improvement initiatives, bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
- Documentation: Keep Working Instructions up to date, ensuring all documentation is clear and accurate.
- Training: Empower technicians with thorough training on Working Instructions, ensuring they are well-prepared to excel in their roles.
- NPI and Production Support: Aid in the New Product Introduction process and provide support during mass production runs to ensure seamless operations.
- Quality Assurance: Engage in ISO activities, contributing to the implementation and maintenance of high-quality standards.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Diploma in an Engineering discipline.
- Experience: At least 3 years in a Server/Rack/Manufacturing environment.
- Collaboration: Strong ability to work effectively with customers, test/R&D/system teams, and other stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Linux systems is a plus.
- Multitasking: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive under pressure.
- Debugging Expertise: Solid understanding of test and debug methods, with proficiency in programming and debugging to resolve issues effectively.
