Job Responsibilities:
· Assist in design, design development & tender documentation
· Liaise with Authorities to obtain statutory approval
· Coordinating and liaising with the consultants and project team
· Assist in administering contracts and site supervision
Job Requirements:
· Have flair in design
· Proficient in skills in Autocad and Revit Architecture
· Degree in Architecture recognised by Board of Architects Singapore
· Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural experience
· Able to work independently and meet tight deadline
· Good technical knowledge and familiar with prevailing regulations and codes (URA, BCA, etc) is an advantage
· Good attitude and conscientious
