1 Year Accounts Executive (Professional Service)
Job Duties:
- Supervise payment requests and online banking, ensuring efficient transaction management.
- AP Review and liaise with stakeholders for effective coordination.
- Prepare treasury reports, AP lists, and relay bank balances accurately to the treasury department.
- Maintain completeness and precision in AP uploads
- Enforce firm policies and procedures throughout all financial processes.
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including month-end closure, audits, and annual reporting.
- Provide support to the operations manager in corporate and employer tax filing preparation, collaborating with the Global Tax team and external advisors.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and review general ledger entries for local reporting accuracy.
- Assist in preparing for local audits and contribute to the implementation of internal finance policies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, address financial inquiries, generate regular and ad-hoc reports, and undertake additional projects as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum degree and above
- At least 3-4 years or relevant working experience as a finance professional
- Excellent verbal and written English communication and interpersonal skills
