Finance Business Partner/Manager
Managing strategic initiatives and business priorities across Client Operations Unit.
You will manage reporting, budgeting, researching, and driving key business initiatives to unleash previously unseen levels of productivity and efficiency within the unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, implement strategies to drive efficiency, productivity, and excellence.
- Drive key business priorities and divisional initiatives.
- Plan, manage and monitor annual budget for the division.
- Headcount and capacity review and management.
- Coordinate and/or prepare presentation materials/reports to senior management, Board, and regulators.
- Effective communication and internal stakeholder engagement to ensure stronger relationship between CS&O and business teams.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting and Finance or Business
- ~5 years of business/financial management experience.
- Good background: finance business partner, business manager, business planning, FP&A, management consulting
- Ability to handle large scale projects and ensuring deliverables are met.
- Experience in budget management, FP&A, data analysis, MI reporting, dashboards.
- Useful experience: implementing new initiatives/process changes, project management.
Compensation
- Base salary $7,000-$8,000pm (max)
