- Assist day to day HR duties and maintain HR records
- Assist in recruitment interviews
- Processing and checking of time card reports
- Salary processing
- Record, monitor and maintain employees' attendance
- Maintain and update master data such as personal files, data and etc.
- Scheduling of staffs
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superiors
Requirement
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Min. 1 year of HR experience is preferred
- Min. Diploma in Human Resource Management
- Monday to Friday: 9am – 6pm
- Location: Jurong East
- Salary: up to $2600
- Able to start work immediate or on short notice
