Join our healthcare client as a Operations Executive, where your primary focus will be to provide strategic oversight to the charging and reporting sub-section, procure essential resources, and manage departmental budgets. Additionally, you'll spearhead projects, support clinical activities, and foster collaborations to enhance departmental efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
Financial Oversight and Budget Management:
- Provide oversight to the charging and reporting sub-section.
- Plan, prepare, and monitor budgets aligned with department and hospital strategies.
- Prepare cost and fee reviews to ensure fiscal sustainability.
Procurement and Inventory Management:
- Provide procurement support for office supplies, lab equipment, and inventory.
- Monitor budgets related to procurement activities, including CAPEX, OPEX, and staff training.
Performance Measurement and Project Management:
- Compile and collate statistics of key performance indicators (KPIs) for departmental sections.
- Manage projects related to operations and administrative functions.
Stakeholder Communication and Support:
- Provide support to clinical, research, and education activities through resource planning, workflow optimization, costing, and billing.
- Communicate and foster good relations with clinicians, allied health staff, and external stakeholders to streamline processes and facilitate feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field.
- Entry Level Position, training will be provided to candidates without prior experience.
- Candidates with at least 2 years of experience in clinical service management will be of added advantage.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
