Join a well-established and forward-looking ship owner with global presence. Due to evolving business needs, we are actively recruiting for a Regional Tax Assistant Manager/Manager to be part of the established business in Singapore.
The Role
Reporting to the Group Tax Manager, you will be supporting the Group’s tax compliance and advisory throughout all entities. The key responsibilities include preparing direct and indirect tax returns, review timely filing of direct and indirect tax returns by finance and tax consultants, review monthly and year-end tax provision calculation. Be an internal business advisory on all regional tax matters for both direct and indirect tax as well as provide support on transfer pricing documentation. Other key responsibilities include collaborating with other departments to ensure compliance with business and reporting requirements of AIS tax incentive granted to the Group.
Your Profile
To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy with minimum 6 years of relevant tax experience ideally in Big 4 and/or MNC environment. It is essential to have strong knowledge in tax compliance and tax planning ideally from an international perspective. We are seeking a detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive Tax professional with excellent interpersonal skills.
