Job Description :-
- Organized and able to process orders via email or phone (prepare Quotation, Proforma Invoice, Invoice & Delivery Order).
- Receiving and processing purchase orders.
- Handle documentation, such as Bills of Lading, packing lists, certificates of origin, invoices, and commercial agreements.
- Detailed thinking, checking for data accuracy in orders and invoices.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
- Computer skills to generate monthly sales reports, sales commission, KPI report, collection report & etc.
- To follow up with customer for any outstanding amount.
- Maintain and update customer database and their sales record.
- Support the sales and marketing team in delivering agreed activities including on the ground activities.
- To follow up closely with the urgent order, cancelled order, on hold order and report customer feedback to superior.
- Arranged and monitor the effective distribution of marketing materials when required.
- Sourcing and liaise with supplier for Sales & Marketing tools/material.
- Manage and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
