-Assist in carry out pre contract and post contract
Pre-Contract:
-Preparation of project cost estimation / budget such as rationalize Bill of quantity, Unit Rate and Technical data
-Preparation of tender documents, contract documents, and other documents.
-Liaison with sub-contractors & suppliers to obtain information and quotation.
-Evaluating tenders and quotation submitted by Subcontractor and / or Supplier.
-Prepare sub-contractors’ selection and award matters.
Post-Contract
-Draft correspondence such as Letter to main contractors and/or subcontractors.
-Assist to prepare interim claims to the main contractors/clients. To ensure the claim date are Up to date and comprehensive.
-To evaluate and verify variation order and back charge
-Assist to prepare final accounts for projects
-Full involvement in tracking project work status (progress claims, VO, EOT, outstanding payment) proactively
-To liaise with client, subcontractors, consultants and other parties involves in all contractual related issues
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Required language (s): English
- Min 2 years of working experience in related field is preferred
