PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the Senior Product Manager in Fragrance marketing activities in Singapore. She will also oversee product management PCD Fragrance and La Collection Privee Christian Dior (forecasting, campaign management), and is required to execute marketing initiatives for new product launches, grow brand awareness and market share for the brand.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
PRODUCT & CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT:
1. Forecasting:
- Ensure accuracy of product forecast and timely submissions for Fragrance category.
2. Product Assortment:
- Close monitoring of competitor’s product assortment and thereby identify our key priorities in Singapore to gain market share.
- Close management of Singapore PCD’s assortment to ensure timely update of catalog and deactivation of discontinued items.
- Work closely with sales team to ensure products are listed into key retailer’s assortment in a timely manner
3. Launch Plan management:
- Work with cross-function (CRM, Media, PR, Training, Retail etc) to develop & execute 360 campaigns for all Fragrance animations.
4. Market Share Analysis:
- Track, report and analyze market share for Fragrance category in Singapore.
5. Expense management:
- Manage trade marketing budget line and cost associated to Fragrance category
6. Trade Marketing
- Work closely with retail and marketing team to execute trade animations and store events at Departmental Stores
- Liaise with Departmental Stores to secure marketing exposures
7. Projects & campaigns
- Assist Senior Product Manager with special projects and campaigns
