- Position: Customer Service Officer (Airtime/Internet/Vessels)
- Location: West (Tuas - transport provided from Tuas Link MRT)
- Working hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)
- Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $3500 + AWS + Performance bonus + 14 days annual leave
- Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in customer accounts registration
- Simcard activation
- Manage and monitoring different portals (Set up, update setting and make configuration and etc)
- Monitoring internet connectivity for vessels.
- Support AirTime Manager work operations
Requirements:
- Min Diploma
- 1-2 years working experience in Marine Navigation system Industry
- Preferably someone with IT background
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
