Job Scope:
- Extend support for Finance (AR, AP, GL)
- Assist in preparing Year-end Audit Report
- Perform review of monthly GST Reports
- Accounts Payable – part of local vendors and local payment
- Ensure Accounts Receivable are managed efficiently and effectively (i.e. kept to a minimal)
- Highlight outstanding Accounts Receivable to Finance Director on a timely basis
- Execute inventory and fixed assets management (e.g. year-end stock-take, etc)
- Assist in the monthly Work Order Closing in ERP System
- Ensure effective inventory management and cost control measures are in place
- Ensure financial compliance and implement internal control to ensure adherence to corporate policies and procedures
- Continously strive for optimal refinement (e.g. process and / or system improvements, cost and revenue optimisation initiatives, etc)
Trait, Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Accounting
- Must possess at least 2 years of working experience in an accounting environment in the manufacturing sector
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Very detailed-oriented
- Motivated and committed team-player
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and MfgPro EE version (or any other equivalent ERP System)
