We are looking for a talented and experienced Java Backend Developer to join our team and help us build robust, scalable, and high-performance applications.
Job Description:
As a Java Backend Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining backend services and APIs using the Spring Framework. You will work closely with our frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java and the Spring Framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and scalability of backend services.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in backend development.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in backend development with Java.
- Strong proficiency in Java and the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data).
- Experience with RESTful API design and development.
- Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORMs (e.g., Hibernate).
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Understanding of CI/CD practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and patterns.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with other backend frameworks and languages.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
