Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to expand market presence and maximize profitability.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities.

- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and adherence to quality standards.

Requirements :
- At least 10 years of management experience within the Steel industryMust be Familiar with steel products including Hot rolled coil, Steel pipe, Steel sheet, Wire rod, Steel bar, etc.
- Proficiency in Chinese to liasie with Chinese speaking counterparts.
- Established network of customers and contacts within the industry, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a diverse team and respect team work.
- Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Japanese to liaise with Japanese stakeholders would be an added advantage.
