Scope:
- Lead and manage complex projects within the oil & gas industry, focusing on structural, piping & fittings, and valves products.
- Ensure seamless project execution from initiation to completion, meeting quality, cost, and timeline objectives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and quality assurance, to drive project success.
- Foster effective communication and teamwork to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost-effectiveness and quality of materials and components.
- Conduct thorough market research and supplier evaluations to identify best-fit vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors and suppliers to establish contracts that align with project requirements and organizational goals.
- Ensure contract compliance and manage vendor relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
- Ensure strict adherence to project timelines, budgets, and tender specifications to meet customers' requirements and expectations.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in any engineering discipline or equivalent.
- Proven experience in project management and procurement within the oil & gas industry.
- Expertise preferable in any of the products (structural, piping & fittings, and valves).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications or any other similar project/tender management applications.
