Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage, oversee, and coordinate M & E project's full spectrum.
- Engage in project management and contract administration.
- Identify key design, delivery issues, solutions, or risks.
- Maintain good relationships with clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
- Review M&E tender documents and highlight contractual requirements.
- Liaise with statutory agencies, clients, consultants, sub-contractors, vendors, and project site teams.
- Manage interfaces, coordination works, and construction projects.
- Adhere to safety practices at the worksite.
- Lead project operations from development phase to completion.
- Facilitate coordination with clients, architects, consultants, and NSC.
- Monitor site progress with site managers/supervisors.
- Develop project schedules.
- Attend site meetings with project teams and stakeholders.
- Handle correspondence, documentation, and prepare reports.
- Manage approved project budgets and provide value engineering.
- Resolve design and technical issues with site teams.
- Plan and schedule project timelines.
- Implement project changes and interventions.
- Provide direction and support to project teams.
- Ensure quality assurance.
- Monitor and report project progress to management.
- Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions.
- Manage rectification works.
- Establish progressive and final claims for completed projects.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and other duties as required.
- Evaluate and approve sub-contractors/suppliers claims.
- Attend company's regular meetings.
- Company reserves the right to amend the scope of work as required.
