XW is looking at boosting our commercial team in the tanker and bulker region.
You will be in charge of marketing cargoes and tonnage, assist in contract negotiations between owners and buyers, monitoring daily market movements, and building up close relationships with clients.
We are looking for someone who has an eye for opportunities and a strong commercial mind.
Typical responsibilities may include but not limited to:
1) Driving efficiencies to ensure contracts are viable
2) Partnering with business partners to drive performance
3) Taking a lead role in solving commercial issues

1) Strong commercial acumen and business understanding
2) Ability to manage both internal and customer relationships
3) Strong relationship and interpersonal skills
4) Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5) Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
