Job Description:
- Lead a dynamic team of Software Engineers in crafting and refining real-time software and automation control systems for the entire spectrum of semiconductor equipment offered by the company.
- Create and execute software methodologies, documentation/library systems, and tools aimed at bolstering software sustainability and facilitating new development projects.
- Establish standardized best practices for software architecture and procedures, encompassing design, coding, testing, and deployment activities.
- Drive the exploration, innovation, and implementation of cutting-edge software engineering technologies to propel the company into the next generation.
- Provide comprehensive technical support to diverse engineering functional groups, aiding in the diagnosis and resolution of critical field issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering/Computer Studies or equivalent field.
- Over 5 years of managerial experience supervising software development and automation control in a related industry.
- Proficient in programming on Windows platforms (XP and above).
- Highly skilled in VC++, MFC, SQL, and object-oriented programming (OOP).
- Solid understanding of developing multi-threaded control software, SEMI SECS/GEM equipment connectivity standards, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Hands-on experience with hardware components including Servo, Stepper Motion Controller, Analog Device, and High-Speed I/O.
- Knowledge of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) is advantageous.
