- Perform onsite fault diagnosis and coordinate and liaise with product suppliers to resolve technical product issues.
- Conduct server and workstation installation, software deployment, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of various application and system software and hardware devices.
- Provide support for resolving Windows operating system and application issues.
- Perform hardening tasks to enhance system security and update security settings and policies.
- Prepare and maintain a backup environment, ensuring automated backup processes are in place. Verify backup schedules and perform manual backup configurations.
- Prepare the patching environment and implement a patch server for regular updates. Ensure all systems are patched in a timely manner to protect against security vulnerabilities.
- Conduct backups and restoration services for Microsoft Windows Server/workstations OS.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proactive with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Available to work on a roster schedule, including weekends and handling fault calls outside of business working hours.
