Job Description

  • Provide administrative support for the full scope of office management in the office, including upkeep and maintenance of the office and its supplies, etc.
  • Handle courier and fax service arrangements
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including managing phones and emails, scheduling appointments and planning meetings.
  • Support the finance department in preparing or obtaining required details/documentation
  • Prepare & manage expense claims
  • To provide full spectrum of secretarial support to the Chief Executive Officer and Senior team members
  • To coordinate travel arrangement planning, flight, accommodation, visa application and transportation
  • Assist & coordinate company events, exhibitions or meetings
  • Assist in set up conference facilities & organise meeting workshops and catering
  • Support other business units in preparing or obtaining required details/documentations
  • Assist in marketing and promotion
  • Any other ad hoc tasks assigned in relation to HR/Admin/Finance/Sales support

Job Requirement

  • At least a Diploma in any discipline
  • Min 3 years of experience in Receptionist/Secretarial duties
  • Experienced working in a shared service environment and providing support to finance/admin/sales/HR
  • Able to multi-task, meticulous, committed and good team player
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-driven, meticulous, analytical, and able to work under pressure
