- Dealing with external service providers, suppliers and contractors
- Procurement of office & pantry supplies
- Management & maintenance of office environment & equipment
- Provide administrative support to CEO
- Assist in preparation of management accounts for financial reporting & analysis
- Assist in preparation of regulatory quarterly & annual returns with US and local statutory boards
- Clients’ account setup in accordance with Group’s Compliance and Tax Compliance’s guidelines and maintenance of clients’ accounts
- Coordinate with Business Development team on handling clients’ business requests
