We are seeking a dedicated Data Centre Operations Support professional to join the Data Centre team for a Global Banking organisation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational tasks are completed accurately and timely, aligning with our data centre framework, policies, and standards.
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular review of DCS Controls to ensure Operations tasks are completed accurately and on time. Ensure DCS Operation processes aligned to Data Centre framework, policies, and standards.
- Support audit processes,lead audit cycle activities and ensure correct responses adherence to Compliance standards.
- Support Facility Risk Assessment for Data Centres, Network Hubs, Technology, Server and DMA rooms.
- Perform workflow analysis to identify area of improvement. Develop process automation to drive efficiencies and streamline internal processes.
- Putting vendor reports together
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Data Centre Operations Support
- Possess knowledge in Data Centre Infrastructure, including uninterruptible power supply systems (UPS), PDU, water detection systems, fire suppression systems, card access systems, building power supply and network cabling etc.
- Proficient in Visual Basic, VBS and Excel Macros, MD word
- Must be able to work under pressure from multiple competing
