The candidate should have at least one year experience in the design and project execution of rooftop solar PV systems. He/she will be guided and trained to become a full fledged Solar Project Manager with exposure and hands-on experience on the company's established Design, PM & QA/QC Procedures. Opportunites for good candidates with passion for learning and who exhibit effective job outcomes to be promoted to Senior Solar Engineers within 2 to 3 years.
