KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Sales and Retail Stores

  • Responsible for sales management and sales development of SEAO region.
  • Monitor sales analysis on daily base, develop effective sales strategy/action plan to lead the team achieving target.
  • Get well known of competitor sales and market trend, as well as customers’ need, according to which adjust the operation plan if needed.
  • Work with Merchandising/PR/CRM team to get support for in-store promotion and events of SEAO stores, by which enlarge the customer pool and retain customer loyalty to maximize sales.
  • Externally keep contact with LL and get supportive resources to support store operation and business.

Leadership and People Management

  • Retain and develop the potential talents and support to succeed the network recruitment.
  • Motivate and coach staff appropriately to maximize team productivity and also regularly review team’s performance by providing clear instructions and if necessary propose ideas of people plan so as to strengthen the team structure and people development
  • Leader of the retail team. Team bonding and foster trust amongst staff to enforce transparent communications, integrity, and respect for others
  • Provides coaching, guidance, and feedback in the right direction. Foster an inspiring learning environment that empowers staff to realize their potential via consistent follow up on trainings

Store Operation

  • Work with Operation team and constantly review all process and procedures to ensure smooth operation at store level.
  • Monitor that all SEAO stores are keeping healthy stock level and product mix to reflect sales and customer demands.
  • Ensure all staff knowing service standard of brand and meeting the level of luxury, delivering to customers delicate image.
  • Guarantee that stores image constantly comply with corporate guidelines.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITES

  • Foster strong and cooperative relationship with business partners to explore business opportunity to further positioning and promote the brand
  • Develop area/market strategies and closely monitor the expected goals; initiate and implement incentives when necessary to ensure the retail team holds accountable for achieving the goals
  • Solicit external/internal client’s feedback and create action plans to develop excellent in-store experience. Partner with CRM, PR & Marketing team to plan and execute local events to promote brand loyalty
  • Assess strengths and opportunities of the retail team. Build appropriate development plans and hold the team accountable for exceeding business and personal goals by providing immediate ongoing feedback
  • Plan strategic initiatives, in alignment with the company strategy to execute the action plans for driving business and profit. Proactively assess and report business opportunities and potential misses to the corporate teams
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure standards are well maintained 360º, where expectations are being achieved and action plans are followed through. Assure store efficiency and effectiveness are enforced according to corporate guidelines

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion or Business preferred with at least 8 years of experience in luxury management
  • More than 4 years’ experience in multi-locations management of a luxury retail business
  • Ability to analyse financial reports to craft action plans for business optimization
  • Understanding of retail speciality, including business development, Merchandising, VM, HR and store operations etc.
  • A result driven entrepreneurial mentality with a positive, outgoing, high energy personality
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills; excellent leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills also a must
  • Excellent computer skills including retail point of sale system, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English; ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills for company’s goals and objectives communication
  • Competence to thrive within a multi-tasks and high paced environment, while maintaining a balance of daily responsibilities at ease
  • Capability to maintain active social relationships with clients and community and reacts to the evolving market, while keeping strong client focus
  • Travel frequently is required
