Our Client is a leader in the Manufacturing Construction industry in Singapore. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an Engineering Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.
Responsibilities
- Ensure engineering strategies and processes are aligned with business objectives and operational needs in terms of cost, quality, and delivery targets, enabling the company to compete effectively in the market.
- Assess business challenges and take proactive measures to mitigate risks and identify opportunities for growth.
- Contribute to the overall business strategy and annual budget planning process.
- Provide technical support to business development, estimating, and onsite engineering teams.
- Oversee all aspects of build design from contract award to handover.
- Develop planning and prioritization processes to ensure that multidisciplinary resources are well-aligned to maximize project delivery.
- Collaborate with the Marketing department on solution development, market opportunities, and trends.
- Support project management with cross-functional activities required for project execution.
- Implement a process for the safe selection of external contractors and regularly review contracts in collaboration with the Head of Purchasing to ensure best value.
- Establish quality and reliability standards by studying industry benchmarks and customer requirements, and conducting research and development.

Requirement
- Min Degree in Engineering
- Min 5-year experience in BMS Project & PLC
- Strong Knowledge in BMS and PLC
