Job Responsibilities
1. Drive Lazada’s communications strategies and initiatives.
2. Devise and execute strategic media and stakeholder relations programs aimed at substantially enhancing the visibility and reputation of the Lazada brand.
3. Serve as the primary point of contact for addressing local media inquiries, fostering transparent and effective communication.
4. Proactively identify and manage potential risks, while implementing crisis communication strategies to safeguard the reputation of Lazada.
5. Oversee the performance and collaboration with local PR agencies, driving excellence and alignment with Lazada's objectives.
Position Requirement
1. Demonstrate proficiency in cross-cultural collaboration and communications.
2. Establish connections and robust relationships with local media and stakeholders within the e-commerce sector.
3. Possess organizational skills and time management to drive multiple projects simultaneously
4. Ability to develop thought leadership analyst/influencer/opinion leaders’ network
5. Proven track record in retail and e-commerce communications within SEA
6. Excellent communication skills and team player
7. 8-10 years of proven experience working with renowned international brands is an advantage
