The scope of an Account Manager is to ensure that the queries and needs from Corporate Agents and Motor Trade Specific Agents (CAs) are attended to.
You will be the contact point for these channels to support the achievement of sales targets.
You'll be responsible for:
- Be the contact point for communications for CAs.
- Handles queries from CAs
- Liaise with various internal business units.
- Develop and maintain business relationships CAs
- Monitor results and study performance of CAs under care.
- Identify areas for business growth and opportunities.
- Participate and organise Motor Business related events.
- Plan and train CAs, when needed.
- Assist credit control monitoring.
- Recruiting and review potential business partners.
Our ideal candidate is someone who has:
- Degree or Diploma in any discipline
- Insurance Certifications such as Diploma in General Insurance is preferred
- Ideally more than 3 years in Motor insurance and underwriting. Candidates without experience in motor insurance / account management would be considered for a more junior position.
- Good interpersonal skills to ensure customer satisfaction to external and internal customers
- Good communication skills to negotiate with internal and external customers and
- Result driven mindset and motivated to achieve desired results
- The ability to plan and organize team’s task, work processes
- The ability to work as a team
- The ability to conduct informal training to business partners on relevant topics
- The ability to analyze data using the available monitoring tools and report the results
