Responsibilities:
- Manage the execution of on-going Projects, including:
o Supervise nominated Integrated Project Team (IPT) and assigned transverse resources,
o Responsible for delivery on-time and to budget,
o Overall accountability for the Quality of project deliveries and Customer satisfaction,
o Responsible to attain financial objectives (Sales, Gross Margin, Cash),
o Manage subcontracted deliverables.
- Coordinate with Engineering the industrial setting between Singapore, Australia and the global ATC & Digital Segment in order to maximise efficiency and ensure Project outcomes.
- Report monthly on progress on activities related to the project(s) with a particular focus on risks and mitigation actions. Report on an ad-hoc basis when necessary.
- Develop KPI’s and conduct analysis to provide early alert to the business of all significant emerging variances and risks. Develop and execute mitigation plans to counter variances and risks
- Support from a Project Management governance stand-point, R&T Projects carried-out in collaboration with the global Innovation Practice. Report progress monthly or quarterly to the Director ATC & Digital and to the Innovation Practice Lead.
- Support Business Development (BD) activities in coordination with the BD function within the AMS Business Line.
- Support the growth of the ATC & Digital Segment by:
- Support capture activities in collaboration with the Key Account Manager, Business Development and Sales Manager/s;
- Prepare, coordinate and deliver in a timely fashion, responses to RFTs and/or other customer requests;
- Initiate and launch Projects resulting from successful bid activity.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in business, engineering, project management or other suitable discipline.
- IPMA Certification or ability to secure certification.
- Proven and effective leadership skills with a high level of interpersonal and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams.
- Project Management experience with multi-partners / major co-contractors.
- Experience working with complex Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
- The confidence and maturity of judgement to represent the company at senior levels with customer organisations both nationally and internationally.
- Excellent written communication skills including authoring content and editing.
- Strong internal stakeholder management in a matrix organisation.
- Strong customer focus and external relationship management.
- Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity to make effective commercial and financial decisions.
