This position reports to the founder of JO GLOBAL PTE. LTD. The Business Development manager is responsible for the generation of new business sales revenue but, also for the overall development and growth of the company’s profile and reputation, drive new business and play a key role in increasing revenue and building key relationships with customers and suppliers and conducting in market research to stay competitive within product pricing.
Individual to be involved in:
1. Identify, evaluate and lead new business opportunities
2. Manage and retain healthy relationships with existing customers and suppliers and build new relationships with potential customers.
3. Developing company strategies and plans
4. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
5.To perform other assigned ad-hoc duties

1. Ability to generate new potential business opportunities
2. Effective communication skills
3.Proactive to implement company SOP and strategies
4.Good understanding of industry trends, customer drivers, and market dynamics.
