- To oversee outlets operations and ensuring the outlet profitability and operational efficiency.
- To analyze financial performance to formulate, develop and implement plans.
- To control the food cost and the consistency of quality and quantity of food served.
- Able to manage all controllable and uncontrollable expenditure of the assigned outlet within the Company’s directions.
- Ensure quality of food, quality of customer service and cleanliness of the outlet and maintained consistently at all times.
- Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities.
- To maintain accurate inventory control records.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field.
- At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Indoor and Direct Sales or equivalent.
- Good communication and presentation skills Majority indoor sales, may need to go outside.
- Willing to work over weekend.
