- Work with Project Manager in reviewing project specification and in preparing project plan and design sheet
- Control and monitor work progress and ensure work quality
- Ensure all work carried out according to approve drawing/specification
- Ensure timely and smooth progress of works
- Prepare and compile related report
- Responsible for coordination and liaise with contractors, suppliers and consultants
- Attend site meetings
- Determine budget, schedule, manpower and material and equipment requirements to execute construction project
- Responsible for working closely with project team and resolving technical issue
- Independent and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Responsible, self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Be on 24/7 Standby
- Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
