Job Profile Summary:
We are looking for a Distribution Operations Specialist in Distribution Business Process team, who will be an integral role in ensuring that we take our service levels to greater heights and ensure that critical business processes are established and reviewed.
Job Description:
- Support daily operation activities and review exceptional cases for Transfer of Policy team
- Support the implementation of system for distribution campaigns and other customers promotion.
- Support and perform timely completion of UAT process for Persistency and orphan assignment enhancements.
- Support implementation of system enhancements, governance control and process improvements for Transfer of Policy team (TOP).
- Review all operational processes within DBM, collaborate with the team to implement optimized solutions.
- Influence and collaborate with internal stakeholder to drive business improvement process.
