As the Global Head of Revenue Intelligence you are responsible for leading the company’s revenue intelligence initiatives end to end from developing the relevant Revenue Intelligence tools to translating data into Business actions for growth.


You will leverage on data analytics, visualization, and other analytic technologies to optimize Revenue/Business with a data-led approach acclerating Revenue and Profit with Winning customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial, P&L management background and very comfortable in data, analytics, and strategic planning that enables Revenue Growth. You are a strong storyteller who is able to connect and operate at all levels of management in the organization.


You will lead a team of Analysts, BI and Product Owners, and partner with external vendors and cross-functions to deliver the role expectations. You will be part of the Global Revenue Organization, supporting Dyson leadership and partnering channels and market functions in more than 30 markets, to meet and exceed Dyson’s ambitions through actionable data and insights application for Revenue Growth.

Success in this role requires excellent analytical thinking, project management and communication skills, an ability to summarize results and present recommendations to business partners, and a passion for continuous improvement.


Overall, you will be challenged to propose and execute new ideas and establish thought leadership and best practice across four regions (Americas, EMEA, APAC and Greater China) and its 35 markets.


  1. Leadership & Strategy: Develops and implements a comprehensive revenue intelligence inviative roadmap aligned with the company’s growth objectives. Leads and mentors, creating a high performing team of analysts, BI specialists, and product owners to deliver business requirements. Collaborates with cross functions, cross channel leaders and regions to identify and prioritize revenue growth opportunities.
  2. Revenue Intelligence: Leads the analysis and interpretation of revenue/sales, profit, marketing, customer experience and competitive data sets from various internal and external sources (e.g., GFK, GA4, GCP, SAP, etc) and translating it back into Revenue Intel for the global management driving actionable insights. i.e. Commerical Analytics (Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Mix, P&L), Product Analytics (Ecommerce Website analytics, UI/UX spatial analytics), Service/Experience Analytics (NPS, CES, CTR, & more), Demand Analytics (Channels in scope are Ecommerce, Retail, B2B, Indirect, After sales & service).
  3. Revenue Balance Scorecard: Set up and manages the Global Revenue Balance scorecard, its key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to ensure alignment with revenue goals and its proactive continuous improvement.
  4. Democratization & Automation: Implements and manages tools and technologies that enhances Revenue reporting, performance tracking and business diagnostic automation. Develops tools with usability in mind to ensure tools are primary source of truth used in country business trading & optimization for Revenue Growth
  5. Cross-Functional Partnerships: Effectively communicates and partners with sales channels, marketing, finance, operations, and product teams to ensure data consistency and integrity. Sets up regular cadence to drive Revenue Insights communication and actions for revenue and profit growth cum customer experience scores growth.
  6. Data Infrastructure: Oversees in partnership with Group IT the continued development and maintenance of the revenue data infrastructure including data warehousing to ensure scalability, reliability and compatibility of data across all revenue analytics platforms.
  7. Technology & Innovation: Stays current with industry trends and advancements in revenue intelligence and data analytics. Evaluates and implements new tools and technologies that enhance revenue intelligence capabilities, pivoting Dyson further in the Revenue Intelligence journey with development of Real-time Visualization, Diagnostic, Predictive and Machine Learning Models that delivers insights faster enabling faster Revenue Optimization actions.

Global Head of Revenue IntelligenceAbout You

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields.
  • Proven 10 years experience in leadership roles overseeing business/P&L optimization and growth in a global/MNC organization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence & drive business action with insights.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Deep understanding of data management, analytics, automation and visualization technologies.
  • Proficient in statistical analysis, and data visualization techniques.
  • Experience with machine learning, predictive modeling, and AI applications in revenue optimization is a plus.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving innovation and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve common goals.
