- Check and process staff expense claims
- Handle full recruitment process (job postings, shortlisting, interviews, reference checks)
- Process Work Passes application, issuance, renewal & cancellation
- Manage employees on-boarding & off-boarding
- Maintain accurate & up-to-date employee records, leaves & benefits
- Administer all government claims
- Prepare monthly payroll & CPF
- Prepare tax clearance for foreign employees
- Prepare yearly IR8A submission for previous & current employees
- Prepare all HR related letters
- Organise social & recreation events for employees
- Assist in basic daily book-keeping, compilation of accounts & month end closing
- Process vendor invoices & payments promptly
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents
- Liaise with external accountants
- Any ad-hoc reports & duties as required by the management
Job Types: Full-time- 2 shifts (10-9pm or 12-10pm), Permanent (6 days and have to work on both weekends)
Pay: $4,200.00 - $5,800.00 per month
