Scope:
- Supports HRBP in partnering and supporting stakeholders and employees in a proactive and consultative approach on a full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, as well as talent management and development.
- Partner with HRBP in the delivery of key HR projec including policy and process reviews, employee engagement surveys, people development programs, change management plans, performance management and promotional exercises etc.
- Initiate improvements to internal HR processes, systems and communications towards enhancing service experience
- Educate employees on policy/system changes and implications, as well as understand and gather their feedback and input
- Support in manpower planning and projection of staff and work on manpower projections, budget and costings.
- Maintain and update Staff information databases
- Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions to accelerate the integration of new staff
- Support HR initiative/projects/duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Human Resources/Business
- Prior HR internship/ relevant HR experiences is advantageous
- Proficient with HR software/ Microsoft Office
- Team player
