Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate enhancements and/or projects
Responsible for all the technical requirements including code design, construction, testing, debugging and documentation - Partner with the business teams to analyse and prioritise requirements
- Partner and liaise with geographically diverse vendor teams to ensure deliverables are achieved within agreed time frames
- Set up frameworks of standards, guidelines and procedures
- Support the day-to-day management of the product including business queries and issue resolution
- Assist in team training and recruitment
- Other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering
(Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology or its equivalent - At least 8 years development and management experience as a Technical Lead/Application Support Lead
- Required skills include ASP .NET 4.0 and above, SQL Database Design, tortoise SVN, php
- Good knowledge of Bootstrap / HTML / CSS / AJAX / JQuery and other client or serverbased web tools
- Other technology such as Java, Power BI, Outsystem, UiPath RPA, Boomi, OTRS will be added advantage
- Strong communication, social awareness and good interpersonal skills
- A meticulous, organized, result oriented and resourceful team player
- A highly motivated individual who works independently with little supervision
