Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences. The Restaurant Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including front of house and kitchen activities.
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Manage and lead staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Monitor and control operational costs, budgets, and financial performance.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu quality and consistency.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of supplies.
- Implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.

Qualifications:
