Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences. The Restaurant Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving profitability.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including front of house and kitchen activities.
  • Ensure the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Manage and lead staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Monitor and control operational costs, budgets, and financial performance.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu quality and consistency.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of supplies.
  • Implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Analyze sales and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and staff development.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including front of house and kitchen management.
  • Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Passion for customer service and commitment to excellence.
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Singapore.
