A new and exciting PM/BA for the global markets team within a large bank in Singapore.
Requirements
· You have 5+ years of Program Management (PMO), Enterprise Change Management and/or project management (BA/PM) experience ideally in Global Markets Technology (Equity or Technology or Post Trade) and/or regulatory and risk & control space.
· Proven track record as an experienced project manager directly managing the delivery of solutions
· Experience driving end-to-end delivery across large and complex project efforts ensuring all people, process, and technology deliverables are managed on time and with high quality
· Ability to manage project budget and financials (project budgets will typically range from $1-$5MM); resource will own monthly project forecasting deliverables
· Experience providing project updates and leading discussions with senior Technology and LOB partners; demonstrates ability to communicate and adjust level of detail and messaging based on audience
· Demonstrates strong competence with core project management tools and processes used at Bank of America within Global Technology, specifically around enterprise change management requirements (this role will own all governance and updates across project execution and financials)
· Change management in adherence to the Standards and guiding Change practitioners on the Day to day preparation of Technical Release. Metrics review and management.
· Self-starter, requiring minimal direction and takes ownership of the assignment and drive it to completion, while also partnering with resources in a matrixed environment
· Familiar with Agile, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Visio, Sharepoint and other office toolsets.
· Covers PMO and Enterprise Change Management Functions.
· Perform BA/PM function and manage project deliveries independently from start to end with good governance routines.
· Work with stakeholders to understand the requirements, coordinate with technical leads on solutions design, create Business Requirements & Technical design documents, manage project plan, chair meetings/minutes, track deliverables/risk/issues, follow up on actions and most importantly bring the team together to deliver a common goal.
· Help resolve conflicts where needed.
· Use Powerpoint, Excel, Visio to create business requirements documents and regular updates to senior stakeholders
