Job Summary
The intern will assist the R&D team in simulation projects relating to Design For Additive Manufacturing and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
· Work on projects relating to product optimization under the supervision of Engineering team
· Perform Finite element analysis and or Fluid flow analysis as required
· Validate simulation results with experimental data
· Interact with product development teams on design requirements and challenges
· Discuss, propose, and present solutions to the engineering team
Requisite Criteria & Skills
· Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree /Phd degree/Diploma in Mechanical /Aerospace engineering
· Good understanding of Heat transfer, Fluid dynamics and Mechanical design
· Excellent skills in CAD [Solidwotks, Creo, Spaceclaim, Rhino 3D]
· Experience with FEM, CFD using Ansys/Abaqus/ Comsol or similar programs and or topology optimization
· Knowledge of Computational design, Machine learning, Additive manufacturing and coding (Python, C++ etc ) will be an advantage
· Good attitude towards work and a passion for simulation driven design
