· Manage the Managing Director and Co-CEO calendar to effectively allocate their time and ensure all associated documentation is available as required;
· Be responsible for diary management, meeting coordination and prioritisation of critical activities in support of the Managing Director and Co-CEO. Liaise with internal and external parties regarding availability;
· Assist with production of reports or papers as required;
· Manage travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transfers and venues for the Managing Director and Co-CEO and be the central point of contact for all inquiries regarding travel bookings and associated expense claim management;
· Process financial payments, expense reimbursements and credit card reconciliation;
Office Admin & HR
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Oversee employee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Manage payroll and benefits administration for employees.
- Coordinate with external partners such as government agencies, legal consultants, and vendors.
- Handle administrative tasks such as office management, procurement, and facilities maintenance.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and legal requirements.
- Provide support to management on HR-related issues and contribute to the company's growth and development.
